Annie Jeffrey Heath Center is now using MyCareCorner for our patient portal system.
This is a new program for our facility, and we are excited for patients to be able to access their health information whenever they would like!! You will need to supply Annie Jeffrey Business office with your email address to get this process started. Once we receive your email address, we will get an invitation generated, and a registration email will be sent to you from Annie Jeffrey Memorial Hospital Patient Portal.
In order to access, MyCareCorner, users MUST complete the process within the registration email.
